Client facing, varied and involved team support role, working with 4 Client Relationship Managers and the Operations Manager to provide a 5* service to HNW clients.
Working in a Team Assistant/Client Coordinator capacity the duties of this role will include;
- Managing enquiries to the team via email and over the phone
- Onboarding new clients onto the Salesforce system
- Finance administration
- Assistant with client marketing, events and communications
- Project support
- Processing reports

Key requirements;
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English with a high level of attention to detail
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role working in a professional environment
This role is a maternity contract to start in July/August 2026, for approximately 14 months.
