Office Manager / Operations Assistant | Mayfair | £25,000 (Part Time – 18 hours per week)
Office Manager opportunity with heavy involvement in the day to day running of the office and all business and back office operations. This is a truly varied role working for a wonderful team of Executive Search Partners at a leading boutique firm in Mayfair.
This role includes a variety of Office Management and PA duties alongside supporting on projects, client relationship management, basic bookkeeping and compliance.
The team are sociable, fun and hugely successful but all have busy lives outside of the office so this role is well suited to someone who thrives at being the operational backbone and culture driver in an office, but who also needs flexibility around their home lives.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar varied and busy Office Management, Business Assistant, PA or Operations based role
- Prior experience in a professional, business or financial services firm Ideally experience of basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments, invoicing, with experience of Xero a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, or secretarially trained (OMBS, Quest etc.)
The company offers Hybrid working, ideally with 2 days spent in the office each week. Part time hours can be discussed, however ideally reduced hours over 3-4 days a week.
