The role:

• Manage placements end-to-end, working closely with the wider team to ensure the best possible match for each client
• Deliver a bespoke, high-touch client experience throughout the service journey
• Develop and manage ongoing client relationships
• Oversee monthly reports and conduct regular job follow-ups
• Manage client feedback, rate reviews and any complaints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information
• Promote and coordinate additional and complementary services across the client base

About you:

• Experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a service-led or education environment
• Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, personable and solutions-focused

Salary and benefits:

• Up to £36,000 per annum
• 10% bonus

Working closely with internal teams who will work with the Account Manager to deliver a 5* service to existing clients this is a pivotal role in the business and a chance to build excellent connections in the sector. You will also build your business skills in this role ensuring increased ROI on the portfolio, working with the revenue manager, analyses data and trends and ensuring all records are up to date and in line with legal compliance.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years experience in a B2B or B2C Account Management or Sales role working with a demanding client base, ideally this will be in a similar sector with a similar client profile
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. Whilst languages are helpful, English as a first language is preferred
• A commercial mindset, with an adaptable, proactive approach
